While I have been in real estate for quite a while working in Colorado and South Florida, my other professional experience includes guiding clients to acheive financial freedom as a financial planner holding a Series 7 Securities License, a Founder and Business owner of a multi million dollar design and manufacturing business, a former licensed home builder, and an interior designer and active member of ASID.
I am professionally trained and EXPERIENCED in contract negotiation, involving contracts and agreements from a couple hundred thousand dollars, to multi millions. I have worked with two US Presidents, numerous Celebrities, Professional Athletes, and Heads of State, spanning multiple Continents.
